Genshin Impact Skillsets

One of the games that I've spent no small amount of time (and money) on is Genshin Impact, having played since the day it came out. Inspired by the idea of crossing over characters into it following the Horizon Zero Dawn crossover event which saw Aloy become a playable character, I began to create skillsets and constellations for some of my favorite characters of existing media, and characters of my own creation so that I could exercise my imagination.

Some of the skillsets also come with a concept for the characters design.

1. Diana (League of Legends)

COMBAT TALENT – NORMAL / CHARGED ATTACK: Favonius Bladework - Luna
NORMAL ATTACK: Perform up to 5 rapid strikes.
CHARGED ATTACK: Consumes a certain amount Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
PLUNGING ATTACK: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

COMBAT TALENT – ELEMENTAL SKILL: Lunar Cascade
Tap: Diana shields herself for 15% of her elemental mastery and causes three bubbles to orbit around her, detonating and dealing Hydro AoE DMG on contact and lighting up opponents with Moonlight. If all three bubbles are detonated in this way, Diana’s shield refreshes.
Hold: Diana enters a stance, aiming and readying herself to lunge forward. On release, she dashes through all enemies in her path and swings in a wide arc, dealing Hydro AoE Damage around her.
Moonlight: Opponents inflicted with Moonlight have a higher chance of being critically struck from all sources.

COMBAT TALENT: ELEMENTAL BURST: Pale Moonfall Diana raises her blade aloft and channels the might of the moon and tides, drawing all nearby opponents towards her in a rushing whirlpool. After one second, all enemies in that radius take massive Hydro DMG, are launched, and are inflicted with Moonlight.

1ST ASCENSION PASSIVE: Moonsilver Blade
Diana gains 15% CRIT Rate against enemies inflicted with Moonlight.

4TH ASCENSION TALENT: Mooncresting Tide
For 10s after Pale Moonfall casts, Diana’s attacks are converted to Hydro DMG and she is able to inflict Hydro DMG against Hydro-aligned enemies and shields as if it were a normal damage.

UTILITY PASSIVE: Follow No False Light
Between 5 AM and 5 PM, your active party member slowly regenerates health over time. This effect does not activate while waiting.

CONSTELLATION: AQUARII LUNA

CONSTELLATION 1: Chosen of the Moon
Diana absorbs all instances of Moonlight on enemies she dashes through with Pale Moonfall, granting her 10% increased ATK SPD per Moonlight absorbed, up to a maximum of four stacks.

CONSTELLATION 2: Dusk’s Approach
When at least four enemies are caught in Pale Moonfall, the Hydro DMG afflicted is increased by 100%.

CONSTELLATION 3: Moon Riser
Increases the Level of Pale Moonfall by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

CONSTELLATION 4: Truthspeaker
Critical attacks have a 15% chance to generate an elemental particle. If a target afflicted by Moonlight is critically hit, this chance goes up to 40%.

CONSTELLATION 5: Unbreakable Determination
Increases the Level of Lunar Cascade by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

CONSTELLATION 6: Embrace of the Night
When your active party member causes an elemental reaction with an instance of Hydro afflicted by Diana, Diana’s CRIT Rate increased by 25% for 10s. Additionally, both the active party member and Diana have increased Crit DMG based on Diana’s current Crit Rate.

2. Suzaku (Final Fantasy XIV)

COMBAT TALENT – NORMAL / CHARGED ATTACK: Ashes to Ashes
NORMAL ATTACK: Perform up to 6 consecutive, rapid strikes. When Suzaku’s sixth consecutive strike hits an enemy, it will generate a single Scarlet Lady that lasts for 12s. There may be a total of 2 Scarlet Ladies active at any time, and the duration of an active Scarlet Lady will refresh when another Scarlet Lady is generated, or Suzaku finishes six consecutive attacks while two Scarlet Ladies are active.
CHARGED ATTACK: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
PLUNGING ATTACK: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Scarlet Ladies are small phoenixes that circle the active character with the following properties:
Increase the active character’s Incoming Healing Bonus by 25%.
Periodically flare up, dealing Pyro AoE DMG to nearby opponents.

COMBAT TALENT – ELEMENTAL SKILL: Phoenix Down
At Suzaku’s command, a Scarlet Lady will be consumed in a detonation, dealing AoE Pyro DMG and healing all party members based on Suzaku’s ATK. Additionally, if any party members are afflicted with Corrosion, Phoenix Down will remove it. If Phoenix Down is used while there is not an active Scarlet Lady, the same effect will trigger albeit with a weaker percentage of healing.

COMBAT TALENT: ELEMENTAL BURST: Scarlet Melody
Suzaku discards her weapon and instead calls upon her euphonious flute to play a rousing symphony before friend and foe alike, dealing AoE Pyro DMG inflicting Scarlet Fever on all nearby active characters and enemies.
Scarlet Fever:
Allies are afflicted with Scarlet Fever for 10s, gaining 15% ATK SPD and becoming immune to the damage of Vaporize reactions. Additionally, all party members will continuously regenerate HP based on Suzaku’s ATK. Scarlet Fever persists through swapping of active characters, and only disappears when its duration ends.
Enemies are afflicted with Scarlet Fever for 10s, occasionally causing them to be effected by the Pyro status and be more susceptible to interruption. When an enemy afflicted with Scarlet Fever is slain, there is a 50% chance Scarlet Fever will spread to nearby unaffected enemies for half the original duration.

CONSTELLATION: AESTAS ASTRUM

CONSTELLATION 1: Eternal Flame
When an enemy afflicted with Scarlet Fever is hit, Suzaku regenerates 4 Energy. This effect can occur once per enemy.

CONSTELLATION 2: Close-Quarter Crescendo
The maximum number of Scarlet Ladies active at any time goes up to 4.

CONSTELLATION 3: Mesmerizing Melody
Increases the Level of Scarlet Melody by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

CONSTELLATION 4: Incandescent Interlude
When a Scarlet Lady detonates as a result of Phoenix Down, enemies within the AoE Pyro DMG are afflicted with Scarlet Fever for 5s. Enemies already afflicted have Scarlet Fever’s duration refreshed instead.

CONSTELLATION 5: Ruthless Refrain
Increases the Level of Phoenix Down by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

CONSTELLATION 6: Southron Star
When your active party member causes an elemental reaction with an instance of Pyro afflicted by Suzaku, both the active party member and Suzaku regenerate HP based on Suzaku’s ATK, to a maximum of 10% total HP.

TITLE: Summersong Euphony
RARITY: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
WEAPON: Sword
ELEMENT: Pyro

1ST ASCENSION PASSIVE: Phantom Flurry
Suzaku’s charged attacks have a 15% chance of lowering the cooldown of Scarlet Melody by 2s per active Scarlet Lady, up to a maximum of 30%. This effect can only occur once every 15s.
4TH ASCENSION TALENT: Rout and Rekindle
The next character to take the field immediately after Suzaku will generate a single Scarlet Lady that lasts for half the normal duration, and detonates automatically when they leave the field.

UTILITY PASSIVE: Fleeting Summer
Between 12AM and 11:59AM, the party has 15% increased Movement SPD.

3. Vlad (Original Concept)

COMBAT TALENT - NORMAL / CHARGED ATTACK: Frostbitten Barrel
NORMAL ATTACK: Perform up to five consecutive shots with a slinger .
CHARGED ATTACK: Perform a more precise Aimed Shot, creating a localized blast of AoE Cryo centered on the first target hit .
PLUNGING ATTACK: Loads a cryo - cartridge into the barrel and fires mid - air before falling and striking it, dealing AoE Cryo DMG .

COMBAT TALENT - ELEMENTAL SKILL: Rimefrost Canister
Unhook a Rimefrost Canister and toss it out, remaining stationary after impact .
The Rimefrost Canister has the following special properties:
>Continuously deals Cryo DMG to nearby enemies
>Continuously slows nearby enemies
>When its timer expires, the Rimefrost Canister explodes, dealing AoE Cryo DMG
>If shot, the Rimefrost Canister explodes for a wider range AoE Cryo DMG
>The Rimefrost Canister’s entirety is considered a weak point
Hold: Adjusts the landing spot of Rimefrost Canister

COMBAT TALENT - ELEMENTAL BURST: With Love, From Snezhnaya
Unpin and throw a volatile Cryocore Grenade, capable of bouncing between enemies . Enemies hit by the grenade bounce take Cryo DMG and are marked with Polar Vulnerability . The grenade has a maximum of two bounces ( three maximum targets ), favoring enemies unaffected by Polar Vulnerability, and will detonate to deal massive AoE Cryo DMG centered on the final target . If at any point, the grenade’s target dies before it makes impact, the grenade will instead bounce from the target’s location to its next target and consume one of the bounces in the process, or detonate once it hits the location and use the location as its center . Detonation removes all instances of Polar Vulnerability .
Polar Vulnerability: Enemies affected by Polar Vulnerability take increased Cryo DMG from all sources .

CONSTELLATION: ARGO NAVIS

CONSTELLATION 1: Cold Snap

Enemies caught in Rimefrost Canister’s explosion are Frozen .

CONSTELLATION 2: Hailstorm

With Love, From Snezhnaya bounces to an additional three targets and causes enemies targeted multiple times to be afflicted with Polar Vulnerability for 5 seconds .

CONSTELLATION 3: Remorseless Winter

Increases With Love, From Snezhnaya’s skill level by 3 . Max level is 15 .

CONSTELLATION 4: Frost Fever

When Vlad picks up an Elemental Orb or Particle, Aimed Shots charge up 30% quicker for 10 seconds .

CONSTELLATION 5: Fingers of Frost

Increases Rimefrost Canister’s skill level by 3 . Max level is 15 .

CONSTELLATION 6: Flurry of the Frozen Wastes

Enemies defeated while under the effects of Polar Vulnerability explode in an AoE Cryo DMG blast . Enemies caught in the blast are afflicted with Polar Vulnerability for 10 seconds .

TITLE: Fatui Blackguard

PASSIVE TALENT 1: Frigid Mercy

Landing Aimed Shots on weak points have a 25% chance to lower the cooldown of Rimefrost Canister by 1 second .

PASSIVE TALENT 2: Sub - Zero

Enemies affected by Rimefrost Canister are afflicted with Polar Vulnerability for the duration of the skill, or until they exit the affected area .

PASSIVE TALENT 3: Snowcloaked Prowess

Decrease the range at which enemies aggro by 20% .
